How kvitr collects

Four ways in. Use one or all of them; each invoice is stored once.

See every integration
Your mailbox
Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail or any IMAP mailbox. kvitr scans the folder you choose for invoice attachments.
A forwarding address
Every workspace gets its own address. Forward invoices to it, or give it to suppliers as the address they bill.
Billing APIs
Vercel and Cloudflare connect with an API token, and new invoices are collected every day.
Billing dashboards
For suppliers with no API, kvitr signs in to the billing page in its own isolated browser.

Your invoices stay yours

kvitr stores what it collects and nothing else. Email is used only to verify your account and to recover it.

Invoice files, their fields and every connected credential are encrypted before they are stored.
One workspace at a time
Every query is scoped to your workspace, and membership is checked on each request.
The original file is kept
kvitr never rewrites a PDF. What you download is the file your supplier issued.
Roles you choose
Members manage invoices, viewers read and download. Only the owner changes the workspace.
